I hope most of you are fully aware about the ideas of “Hello Sarkar”, if not please see its’ directive on the website (www.opmcm.gov.np) of Prime Minister’s office for detail. It was officially opened last week after necessary technical, administrative and legal preparation.
The head system has been established at PM office Singh Durbar, that works and stay on duty 24 hours and 365 days. It has also a resourceful nodal officer/focal person or say direct representative of “Hello Sarkar: at central level in all sectorial ministries/ commission/office/central level offices etc.
The concept of Hello Sarkar is being praised and getting success to reinstate somehow the public trust over government in some extend.  Basically, you may connect anytime “Hello Sarkar” to lodge your grievances and complain, you may inform about corruption and irregularities, criminality, relief and rescue, disaster and other incidents on public concern etc. It is believed that “Hello Sarkar” will also helpful to transform the existing system of governance into more responsible and improved accountable. It is naturally good idea and will be proved mile stone soon to establish good governance and productive service delivery system in Nepal.
You may meet or reach “Hello Sarkar” by various means. You may call anytime in toll free number 1111, or fax 1100, or email 1111@opmcm.gov.np , or sms 1111 or use www.opmcm.gov.np complain and suggestion php or can use postal service to Hello Sarkar, PM Office or you may also have the possibilities to go by person and meet duty officials at Hello Sarkar. I encouraged all of you to use yourself and also encouraged other to use the facilities of “Hello Sarkar” as much as possible.
Please “Help Government and Help People” to build our motherland peaceful, healthy and prosperous Nepal. I request all of you to be in continuous touch with the Government and join hand together in the movement that are going on for  better governance and development.
Of course, you may write or share your opinion, views or suggestion if you think it is essential for better or more effective “Hello Sarkar”.
